As the crowd is exiting the building, be visible in the front.

At least one CST member should remain in proximity of the pastor or guest speaker while they are in the foyer.

Once the majority of crowd has left. One CST member will make a cursory sweep through the building. There will probably still be people in the building. We do not need to wait until everyone has left. Ushers are responsible for locking and securing the building.

Return all equipment and keys to proper place. Retrieve radio from Children’s ministry worker.

Make sure that all working CST members know that a member is leaving. Do not just leave unannounced.

The last CST member to leave should notify the on duty pastor so they are aware that no security will be available.

Report, via email or text, to Director of Security any concerns or comments regarding service, suggestions for improvement of service, general safety concerns, etc.

                    AWANA

During Awana, once the majority of children have left, you can leave. Notify the Awana Commander that no security will be available. We are not required to close the building.
